1 X CUP OF SYRUP

THEN ADD :

1 X CUP OF BOILING WATER WITH 1 X TSP BICARB

SIFT TOGETHER :

1 ½  X CUPS CAKE MEAL

1 X CUP POTATOE FLOUR

3 X TSP  GROUND GINGER

1 X TSP CINNAMON

ADD TO MIXTURE KEEP BEATING SLOWLY

BAKE @ 180 DEGREES ¾ HOUR
