1. Read the entire Haggadah before Pesach and have an idea how you are going to lead the Seder. Try and make it as creative and entertaining as possible.
  2. Assign topics to present to various guests.
  3. Tell everyone to eat a light meal before they come. That way they won't be starving and want to hurry through the Haggadah.
  4. Make it fun! Have props for the plagues and you can have visuals on the table or on the wall. You can make a splitting of the red sea on the table by having a blue table cloth and the Jews running away from the evil Egyptians.
  5. Reward guests and kids with treats if they ask good questions
  6. Start the Seder with a fun intro like a parody
  7. Explain to everyone that they are like royalty on Seder night. Everyone gets a pillow to lean on and find a friend to pour the four cups for you!
  8. Use the same Haggadahs so that everyone can follow. Read the Haggadah in the language that you best understand. Share the reading by going around the table and taking turns.

Enjoy!
