Eating is an important social behavior for some species, like humans, lots of vultures, and, in this case, common vampire bats ( Desmodus rotundus ). Female bats were observed to share food both within and without thier home roost. While out foraging food, the bats may give a call used specifically for inviting friends to encourage others they're close with (socially or familially) to share at a spot they've already cleared and opened up. Back inside the roost, bats who have been successful in feeding that night will sometimes regurgitate and share a meal with family or a friend who had not managed to find food earlier.

FYI - eating blood makes them "Sanguivores"
